Here’s how it works:
Call us – let us know the location of your land and we’ll set up a convenient time to meet you there and have a walk around.
Meet onsite & discuss planning – this is an informal, open chat about what sort of planning constraints might be attached to your site and what sort of options would be open to you. At this point, we’re interested to know what your aspirations might be – for instance… a quick deal versus a longer-term contract (which would leave you with a larger sum of money). Perhaps a joint venture?
Offer – after getting to grips with your goals, we tailor an offer and sketch out timescales to suit.
Agreement – we formalise the plan with signed contracts drafted by our legal team, then get to work, giving you regular updates on how the planning application is progressing. We take on the stress involved with this stage so you don’t have to.
Payment – we transfer funds to your nominated account.
