Announcing The Oval and Brent Court

Bugler Group are delighted to announce two exciting new projects in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

The first forms part of a multi-phase regeneration programme at The Oval, for Stevenage Borough Council. Phase One of the masterplan comprises two residential apartment blocks with 91 new homes for affordable independent living, together with a new Church and Community building over three storeys, play areas and a new access road.

Our second project is Brent Court, also for Stevenage Borough Council, where we are converting a brownfield site into 96 flats for independent living, with 8 built for full wheelchair accessibility. The nine storey building will also include a basement level with 76 car parking spaces.

These two projects in Stevenage will provide high quality, comfortable and energy efficient new homes and valuable community spaces, regenerating and enhancing the local area for residents across the town.
