Bugler Group at Spring Conferences

May was a busy and productive month, with many of the Bugler Group attending industry conferences across the UK.

At the start of the month, the team were at CIH Brighton, as one of the conference sponsors. We once again held our hugely popular and well attended Bugler Brighton Event in the Lanes. A big thank you to all who came along, it was a great night with many conversations amongst sector colleagues both new and old.

Phoebe Evans-Khan, Technical Co-ordinator at Bugler Developments, delivered an informative update at The Housing Forum session within the CIH conference on her work with the Futures Network, the Forum’s young leadership programme.

Then, it was on to the Hertfordshire Housing Conference at the University of Hertfordshire’s Fielder Centre. There were some insightful keynote presentations from Baroness Taylor of Stevenage, Gavin Smart from CIH, and a panel discussion on how we can unite to deliver 1.5m new homes.

David Culliton, Pre-Construction director sat on a panel for a lively session on the Building Safety Act, chaired by our Head of Marketing, Thomas Bugler. The attendees then contributed to a busy Q+A which covered a wide range of topics in relation to the BSA and the regulator.

Finally, the team headed to UKREiiF in Leeds for our third year. It was good to be a part of the 18,000 strong group in attendance to discuss matters at the heart of the property development and construction sectors. We once again had the opportunity to meet with colleagues from across the industry, listen in on informative panel sessions and attend a series of useful fringe events.

Thank you to all we spoke to over the month.
