The Woodlarks narrowly misses out on an Evening Standard Award
The Woodlarks was one of two Bugler Group projects to be entered into the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2021. Unfortunately both narrowly missed out on an award, but the judges commented positively on each project, the quality of build and the sense of place.
Martindale Fields
Martindale Fields is a collection of 21 meticulously designed two and three bedroom family homes in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, forming part of a development which also provides affordable homes and apartments to the local community.
Built by Bugler Developments, it was entered into two categories, Best Family Home and Best out of London Home.
Martindale Fields offers the perfect location, countryside living and town centre convenience, with quick commutes to London and Luton Airport. Local to the scheme is plenty of green space and parkland, in addition to schools.

The Woodlarks
The Woodlarks is a bespoke gated development of 16 three, four and five bedroom homes in Bagshot, Surrey. Close to both countryside and the bustling village centre, The Woodlarks offers the ideal setting to raise a family, create meaningful experiences and achieve an effortless work-life balance with all modern amenities provided.
This collection of Bugler Homes was entered into the Best Small Development category.
Throughout, the aesthetic is contemporary living, and generous grounds include The Orchard, an environmental space for the residents, featuring ecological measures to promote local biodiversity.

We are pleased that both collections of homes have been entered into the Awards, and we look forward to November 2021 when we will find out the judges’ verdict.
